SUNDAY 28TH AUGUST 2022
IMPORTANT CHANGES TO DISEMBARKATION POINT
Due to the failure of the lock gates at Canning Half Tide in Liverpool, Canal & River Trust have advised us that we will not be able to access our berth within the Royal Albert Dock Complex. We have therefore made arrangements with Mersey Ferries for our passengers to disembark at the Pier Head ferry terminal L3 1DP (also called Gerry Marsden Terminal). Your coach transfer back to Ellesmere Port will collect you opposite the terminal building on Canada Boulevard and our Stewards will be on hand to direct our passengers.

IMPORTANT CHANGES TO BOARDING LOCATION FOR YOUR CRUISE
Due to the failure of the lock gates at Canning Half Tide in Liverpool, Canal & River Trust have advised us that we will not be able to access our berth within the Royal Albert Dock Complex. We have therefore made arrangement with Mersey Ferries for our passengers to join the Danny at the Pier Head Ferry Terminal L3 1DP (also called Gerry Marsden Terminal)
Please ensure you are at the Ferry Terminal at 1150 hrs latest. As we have to fit around the Mersey Ferries timetable, as soon at the Mersey Ferry departs at 1200 hrs we will begin boarding our passengers. We are unable to wait for any late arrivals as it is vital we do not disrupt the Ferry timetable, so our departure time will be approx 15 minutes earlier than the advertised time.
If you are parking in the Royal Albert Dock Complex please allow yourselves at least 10 minutes to walk to the Pier Head where our Stewards will be greeting our passengers on the right hand side (if you are looking at the river) of the Mersey Ferry terminal building.
At the end of the cruise, our coach transfer will drop you back at the Royal Albert Dock. 28
