We need volunteers to help run our catering galley

We are looking for new volunteers who can spare a day a week, or more, and join a small team of Galley staff who enjoy working on our static open days and cruises.

On static days, we are usually open to the public Thursday – Sunday between 11.00am – 4.00pm and we serve hot drinks, beers, wine, snacks and our own Danny Scouse.  Most static days will take place in Liverpool’s Albert Dock, but we are sometimes located in Ellesmere Port, Acton Bridge and Salford Quays as we have scheduled cruises throughout the year along the Manchester Ship Canal and Weaver Navigation. (Transport logistics will be discussed with you for the other locations when you come along to meet us).

Throughout the season, we also have private events onboard during the day and early evening.

We already have a fantastic team of volunteers, but the Galley is a new addition to the operation and we are looking for new people to help get it ship shape!
